Law Theme Footer text does not update.

Hello,
When i change text in “Copyright text ” ->Text Nothin happens.
footer text does not update. The publish button does not appear/change color.

More then just a footers text can not be changed. I can not change addresses text, sliders text and so on. Publish button is grey and not changing. I am editing text in text box and not in visuals but nothing happens. Wrote an email, added screenshots but no answer. I see this happened to others but no one writes a fix online. Please help
